Maitre Leboulanger is an Attorney called to the Paris Bar, and is a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Paris. His specialisations include international business law, litigation and arbitration. He was an Associate at Coudert Frères, 1974-1977.

He has appeared as Attorney, and has been appointed as Co-Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator and Chairman of Arbitral Tribunals in numerous international arbitrations (ICC, UNCITRAL, Ad Hoc) concerning State Contracts, Construction, Sales, Distribution, Investments, Oil and Gas, Transfer of Technology, Joint-Ventures, etc.

Maitre Leboulanger has written numerous articles and notes on international arbitration, and has spoken at various conferences and seminars in the UK, Europe, Africa, India, South America and the Middle East.
