Johan Gernandt (Sweden)
Johan Gernandt is Chairman of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the General Council of the Swedish Central Bank.
He is the senior partner of the Law Firm Gernandt & Danielsson, Stockholm. He specializes in arbitration law, company law and M&A. He has acted as Counsel and arbitrator (including chairman) in a large number of international arbitrations (mainly East-West) under the rules of several institutes. He is a member of the Commission on International Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
He is a panel member of various international arbitral institutions, including Beijing, Moscow and Kiev.
