In addition to service as sole and panel arbitrator or advocate in various domestic and international trade association, institutional and ad hoc arbitrations in the U.S. and abroad, Harry Arkin also serves as a mediator in commercial and construction cases as well as special counsel to law firms involved in arbitration, mediation and conciliation proceedings. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, a US State Department appointee to the NAFTA Committee on Private Commercial Disputes, and a Fellow of the (American) College of Commercial Arbitrators.
