Metals: Has acted as counsel and sat as arbitrator in international metals disputes.
Banking: Acted as Counsel and advised in cases involving frauds against banks. Panel member of the HKIAC Lehman Brothers mediation and arbitration scheme.
China: Has acted for Chinese clients in litigation in the U.K. and as counsel in international arbitrations in the U.K. and in China. Panel member of CIETAC, BAC and HKIAC.
