Rt. Hon Lord Anderson of Swansea DL
Donald Anderson was one of the longest-serving Members of Parliament in the United Kingdom. From 1997 to 2005 he chaired the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons. He was subsequently created Baron Anderson of Swansea. In the House of Lords he currently sits on the nearest equivalent to the Commons’ Foreign Affairs Committee.

Professor Philip Andrews-Speed
Professor of Energy Policy and Director of the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law Policy at the University of Dundee, Scotland. Spent fourteen years as a geologist in the international mining and petroleum industries before joining the Dundee Centre in 1994.
