Metal broker and consultant to various metals organisations. He has held a number of posts at the London Metal Exchange, including Board Member, Chairman of the Tin Committee and Chairman of the Arbitration Committee (he instigated and coordinated the introduction of the new LME Arbitration Rules).
The LME is the world’s premier non-ferrous metals exchange: its turnover is in excess of U.S. $8,000 billion.
Clem Danin acts as adviser in disputes in the non-ferrous metals industry, and has been appointed as an Expert in litigation and arbitration cases in various parts of the world. He has been appointed as arbitrator in more than 70 domestic and international arbitrations, and is a member of the LME Panel of Arbitrators.
He is an accredited mediator.
